Personal Training (In-Person or Virtual)

Work 1-on-1 with a Certified Master Trainer focused on your goals and movement needs.

90-Day Online Training Program

Train from anywhere with a customized 12-week fitness plan focused on real results.
Includes:

  • Tailored workouts

  • Weekly accountability check-ins

  • Injury prevention mobility and strength programming

  • Optional: Nutrition coaching
    Perfect for clients who want expert guidance with the flexibility of online access.

IASTM & Cupping Therapy

Enhance recovery and improve mobility with targeted soft tissue work.

  • IASTM: Tool-based technique to break up fascia and reduce restriction

  • Cupping: Increases blood flow and supports healing in tight or sore areas
    Available as an add-on to training or as a standalone recovery service.

 

12-Week Commitment Policy

All training programs are structured around a 12-week commitment to ensure consistency, accountability, and meaningful progress. After 12 weeks, clients may renew monthly or re-enroll in a new phase of programming.
