3. Services Covered
These terms apply to all offerings, including but not limited to:
• Custom and general fitness programs
• Online courses and digital products
• One-on-one and group coaching
• Nutrition and wellness guidance
• Virtual or in-person consultations and support
4. Payment & Refund Policy
All payments must be made in full prior to receiving services or products, unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.
All sales are final. No refunds will be issued for completed sessions, programs that have begun, or digital materials already delivered. Requests for exceptions due to medical or personal emergencies may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
5. Cancellation & Rescheduling
For one-on-one services, a minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours' notice may be forfeited. Packages and programs must be used within the timeframe agreed upon at purchase.
6. Intellectual Property
All materials provided (including PDFs, videos, training plans, and communications) are the intellectual property of Elite Fit and Mobility, LLC. These are for personal use only and may not be copied, shared, sold, or redistributed without written permission.
7. Communication & Support
Support is available through the contact methods provided at the time of enrollment. While response times may vary, general support is available during business hours, Monday through Friday. Client communication must remain respectful and professional at all times.
8. Client Conduct
You agree to participate in services in a respectful and honest manner, to follow safety instructions, and to communicate any concerns, limitations, or medical issues promptly. Inappropriate behavior, harassment, or misuse of services may result in termination without refund.
9. Results Disclaimer
Elite Fit and Mobility, LLC makes no guarantees regarding individual results. Outcomes depend on many factors, including effort, consistency, health status, and adherence to the program. Testimonials and examples provided are not guarantees of specific results.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Elite Fit and Mobility, LLC is not liable for any injury, illness, loss, or damage incurred as a result of participating in any program or service. Participation is entirely voluntary and at your own risk.
11. Modifications to Services
Elite Fit and Mobility, LLC reserves the right to update or modify services, pricing, content, or terms at any time. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
